Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing or using the 11x platform, you are deemed to have accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. 11x reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication on the website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Accurate Information
When creating an account on 11x, you are required to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. 11x reserves the right to terminate any account registered with false information. You may also be asked to submit a national ID or other valid documents for identity verification.
Password & Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share them with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
- Using the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to access another user's account is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated bots or scripts to abuse the platform is strictly prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
- Providing a False Identity or Inaccurate Information

Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
All transactions on the 11x platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made using approved mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Deposit
- Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the limits specified on the platform's payment page.
- It is the user's responsibility to provide accurate payment information.
- 11x is not responsible for processing delays; third-party payment gateways operate on their own timelines.
Withdrawal
- Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Approved withdrawals will be processed within the designated timeframe.
- In the case of suspicious transactions, 11x may temporarily suspend withdrawals pending investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements and expiry period. Full details are listed on each promotion's page. Bonuses may be forfeited in the event of abuse or a breach of the applicable terms.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through mutual negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
The 11x platform is designed for fair and legitimate entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to artificially manipulate the gaming system.
- Attempting to harass, deceive, or harm other users.
- Attempting to bypass or circumvent the platform's security measures.
11x reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account at any time while an investigation is ongoing. Once the investigation is concluded, the user will be notified of the final decision.
11x reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, a notice may be sent to your registered email address.
Account Policy & Service Suspension/Closure Provisions
11x may suspend or permanently close an account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- The user violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- Due to regulatory authority directives or legal obligations.
- When the user voluntarily requests account closure.
If an account is closed, any verified balance (if applicable) will be returned in accordance with the standard process. However, this may not apply if the account was closed due to a breach of terms.
The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or upgrades. We will endeavor to provide advance notice in such situations.
